Estimation and Acceptance

Project Timeline The timeline specifies the period of the creator’s involvement in the project. Creators should agree if the dates align with their availability.

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Timeline The section outlines the expected role and tasks of the creator within the project. Creators should ensure these align with their skills and availability.

Compensation

Project Timeline Should the client opt for ‘Offer Compensation,’ the proposed payment for the creator’s services will be displayed. The creator should review the compensation to ensure it aligns with their expectations.

Request for Estimate

When a client selects Request a Quote, creators will be presented with a form to provide their estimated project costs. Estimation Form Creators are expected to fill in the itemized estimate and cost breakdown, then submit it to the client for consideration.

Accept or Negotiate

Creators can directly accept each section of the offer if they are in agreement. For questions or terms negotiation, the ‘Feedback’ button allows initiating dialogue with the client.

Finalizing the Offer

Once creators have accepted all sections, the checkbox indicating a complete review and understanding of the offer’s aspects—including the project scope, roles, and terms—will be enabled. Checking this box signifies the creator’s comprehension and agreement with the offer’s terms, thereby activating the Accept button for the complete contract. Formal acceptance of the offer is confirmed by clicking this button, signaling readiness to commence the project under the defined conditions.
